2. Does your company have relative certificates for the factory and products?
Reply: Sure. Before each new project launches on the market, we will ensure all relevant certificates are obtained and all products are well patented. Our company has also passed ISO 9001 to ensure stable quality performance.
3. What is the MOQ for your products?
Reply: For sample, MOQ is 1 piece. We also provide logo, label, gift, manual, and color customized services for your bulk orders. However, the customized service starts with an MOQ of 600 sets. Anyway, samples always come first for you to test their performance, so please feel free to place a sample order.
4. Could I have a free sample for testing?
Reply: As you know, the samples for this event are limited and some samples have been pre-sold. I will apply for a sample at a good price and inform you in advance if we still have a sample available on the last day of the exhibition.
5. Could I have your product quotation?
Reply: Sure. The quotation can be shared by email soon once we know the products you are interested in and the specific requirements. Because different products and requirements have different price ranges. Could you provide your business card or email for contact later today?
6. How about the quality of your products?
Reply: Quality always comes first and our quality is at the top level in the industry. However, it is necessary for new clients to buy a sample for checking and testing. Testing by yourself is much more practical than what we said.
7. How long is the delivery time?
Reply: It usually takes 25-30 days to make orders ready for clients, while it also depends on the product type, quantity, and special requirements. When we have the specific details of your order, the estimated delivery time can be provided for your reference.
8. How about the payment?
Reply: The payment term is T/T, L/C. While for a big order, we accept a 30% deposit and 70% balance by T/T before shipment. However, we are open to discussing and accommodating alternative payment arrangements based on mutual agreement.
